All vqueer purchases are final sale, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo showing the issue so we can make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item. You will not be asked to return an item that arrives damaged or defective.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.
